Winter spins 2019/20 - Leader Swap Thread (was call for leaders & dispatchers)

I have updated Winter Spins Roster 2019/2020 to reflect swaps matched to date.
Let me know if I missed anything or got something wrong.

Have also allocated the unassigned volunteers to the next few Sundays.
Again, let me know if something doesnt work.

Based on feedback - there are 2 routes posted for next week.
Both follow the same route initially (Dundrum, Glencullen, Kilmolin, Enniskerry)
If it is particularly wet - group leaders might skip Glencullen/Devils Elbow and ride straight to Enniskerry.

Then the routes split:

1. A longer 76km option - with more climbing (1300m) via Sally Gap to Roundwood
2. A shorter 58km option - with less climbing (920m) via Calary to Roundwood

There are at least 4 coffee options at Roundwood.

Its a very flat route with only 530m climb in 77km.
Instructions for shortening this to 50km are included in the route details if reqd
For groups who want to stretch it a bit, maybe turn right at the Embankment on the way home, and return via Ballinascorney.

We have had several requests asking that riders consider using a rear mudguard.
This would be a courtesy to the rider behind you.
(ie a decent rear mudguard that will prevent the rider behind you from getting sprayed - rather than the ass saver/school ruler things that attach to a saddle).

Eye protection is also highly recommended at this time of year.

I have fixed that. The Sallins route is the correct one.
(the joys of maintaining the same information in multiple places)

I appreciate you might be tired if you did both - but it would be character forming.
And you would fly round the Orwell 200 in the Spring :)
