Just to give people some targets to chase, here are the various course records:
Senior Men: Brian Ahern, 9:02;
Senior Women: Rachel Glendon, 11:34;
Veteran Men: Ivan O'Brien, 11:23;
Junior Men: Craig Arrigan, 10:43;
Under 16s: Darragh Long, 10:28.

It was a fast night with a rare enough tailwind, and we got a few new records for the course:
Senior Men: Brian McArdle, 8'54";
Senior Women: Aideen Keenan, 10'54";
Veteran Men: David Maher, 10'05";
Veteran Women: Monica Marconi, 11'08";
Junior Men: Conor Murnane, 10'13".

Thanks Gavin. I did somehown manage to turn up late for my slot even though I was there 1 hour beforehand 'warming up' so maybe that is fair. We can have a race off next week!

Thanks for including the kids this evening: they got a real buzz out of being part of it, and seeing all the fancy bikes lining up as we headed for home! It's lovely to see the junior members being included in so much of what the club does. (Parental duties also meant I got to avoid the shame of doing really badly, so bonus points there!)

Great night for it - thanks to all involved. I forgot how much they hurt. Of all the cycling disciplines the hill climb TT must be the most ridiculous...

I had contacts in tonight! ...which I subsequently lost somewhere at the back of my eyeballs. I'm hoping they'll work themselves out before I get to bed.

As always, a great night run by the Dave, Eddy, Damien, Jen and their assorted helpers, and the suffering was eased by the cheerleaders on the side of the road. We're in too much pain to respond at the time, but it's very much appreciated! Next time if you could give us a quick push too...

Great times by quite a few people in there - new records all round! And Fionn, David Maher, Pat and Paul Kall shaving over a minute off their PB. Impressive!

My sister took a few photos Greg but unfortunately I don't think she managed to get you. We got a bit too caught up in the race to get any photos at the end of it.

I'm hoping to take a few photos at the Blue Light RR but need a lend of a camera that can take multiple shots.
