Andy Kenny Fitness -- classed to resume online in February

Hello
I know a lot of Orwell members use the spin classes that Andy provides (such as the 90 minute "King of the Mountains").

They certainly helped me to improve.

I was chatting with Andy recently, and he tells me that the classes are returning in February.

They will be online and you will require a turbo trainer.
