Hi All
have had a lot of question re the trip departing on March 7th.
There is a pro cyclist there, Cormac Keeney, (Irish used to cycle for Norwegian team) he will be taking us on our guided spins daily!
Yoga is not compulsory but while you're there you might as well learn something about injury prevention, rehab.
The weather is typically 20 degrees!
Non cycling friends/ partners are welcome, they can do yoga if they wish
This is not just an orwell outing! There are others from around Ireland booked on it!
We have reduced the single supplement to €75pp.
