Sunday spins, 6th of April

Here is the suggested route for the White and Yellow spins for this Sunday. We have had plenty of riders on recent spins asking for a continuation of the Sunday spins throughout the Summer, so hopefully there will be some good interest.

Please remember that there are no leaders or minders for these groups, so everyone who comes out should be capable of looking after themselves and finding their own way home if necessary. At the same time please bear in mind that the normal rules of group etiquette still apply;
Do wait for your companions if they are struggling, have a mechanical or a puncture;
Do stick to the posted speed for the group with which you are riding;
If you are one of the more experienced riders in the group do feel free to take the lead or provide instruction, it will be appreciated by those around you.

Blessington incl. Mount Seskin on way out , Ballysmuttan, across N81 to Rathmore, Kilteel and a savage climb called the Lamb to get back to N81. There is an easier but still hilly way which brings you out further south on the N81.

Remember that these are only suggested routes, so you can feel free to lengthen, shorten or alter them any way that suits the group, but the more you alter the route the longer you'll end up spending in negotiations before the group even gets started!

Come up to tour of carlingford. Me Stephen Ryan and Lynda h heading up. Starts in crossmaglen at 10. 75km fairly flat. We're meeting at 930. Should be home in Dublin by 2
