Hey all
haven't used a regular sports massage before except the roller so was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on who to use? Ideally D4, D6(rathmines/ranelagh), D2 or D8 area. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Specialists in cyclists would be perfect
cheers

Gar it must be a bad injury if your spread between D2 -4- 6 and 8. We're you hit by a steam roller.

Garret,
Maple Clinic (www.mapleclinic.ie) in Booterstown is a good spot. Karen Doyle (therapist) works with National Cycling Teams.
Hope this helps.

I used Pearse Street Physio a couple years ago to fix a knee problem.
www.pearsestreetphysio.com/
There was lots of (painful) massage involved but the knee hasn't given me any problems since.
I'd very much recommend them.

Hi Garret,
I use Karl Donnelly and would highly recommend him - he's based in Ranelagh.
He's worked with teams on the Ras and Ras na mban and has an extensive background in cycling
