Hi all
Dave H will confirm meet up points and times for Jan 12th Scott session but in the short term a few of us are planning on doing a Marmotte prep cycle Sunday 05th January at 930am.
Plan is to leave Popes Cross at 930am and head to Strawberry Beds-Lucan Bridge-Leixlip-Maynooth-Kilcock-Summerhill-Dunshaughlin-Clonee-Casteknock-Park. All in approx 90-95km mostly flat. It'll be yellow/orange speed and it'll be mostly about building up distance/endurance in the small ring. No racing/intervals/maxing out etc. Coffee will be probably in Kilcock.
Scott will run through with us all exactly what we should be doing from then on but long flat cycle is perfect for now at medium pace.
All welcome to come along Sunday 5th Popes Cross, if planning to go along to Scott session and not already booked in contact Dave Hendron asap.
