A3 Training Group

A3 riders met for the first formal spin of the winter at Joe Daly's last Saturday. The plan is to meet at the shop at 9.30 every Saturday from now on.
Each spin will include some drills to keep us all amused and focused.
Last Saturday's run was about 2h45m round trip from the shop at 28kmh and included a few very steady big ring grinds up longish drags and small ring spinning everywhere else. We also did a short, steady up and over session just to keep warm.
There were eight of us last Saturday and we're keen to engage with other A3 licence holders who aren't on our googlegroups mailing list.
Let us know if you're available for spins on Saturdays and Sundays as well as regular optional coaching meetings on Monday evenings and possible Wednesday evening on the bike sessions later in the winter.

How do I get on the Google group mailing list?

CI turned down my application for A4 and I couldn't be arsed to apply formally for a downgrade, so I appear to be an A3 still.

Sorry for the late notice. Planning to be at the shop at 9.30 in the morning. An extra half hour should help clear the frost.

There will be a meet up with Paddy Doran for all racers interested in an A3 level coaching group on Monday at 8pm at Tom's Cabin (same night as the membership night)

The coaching will follow a similar approach to the A4 group, €20/month per person, 4 months up front.
