Wow, what a gorgeous day. You'd be very happy to accept that in May or June, nevermind November!
Strava route
Red group: Great workout, tough headwind down to kilcoole or so, then it eased off. Really good pace, and some nice climbing back up to Roundwood, and plenty of good banter to keep us going.

90km, 27.9km/h avg, 1152m climbing.

Great spin indeed. Just as well we didn't take in the full Rathdrum loop. The route we did was tough enough as it was. The wrong turns, dropped bottles, punctures and coffee stops saved me.

My apologies for not showing up for my rostered spin (or trying to find a replacement) last Sunday. I've been away for the last few weeks and not due back until December.

I'll make up for it when i'm back....
