Midweek beginner spins anyone??

Hi all,

Just wondering if there were any other beginners like myself that miss out on Sunday spins due to work/family commitments that would be interested in meeting up during the week to go for a few spins to try and keep up with those that regularly attend the sunday spins when we do get out.

I would be looking to do the same spin done on the sunday at a fairly beginner pace 20-22kmph and building up from there.

Anyone else that feels like trundling along with a few beginners would also be very welcome.

Sinead, midweek spins go out on Wednesday's from Lambs Cross, think it's either 7 or 7.30pm.
