Hi All
If you fancy cycling in glorious sunshine in March then look no further!
Cycling Holiday March 9-16th 2024 - Andalusia Spain
This is a fantastic week to boost fitness after winter and get some much-needed vitamin D.

From €700pps - Discount for groups of 4 or more - €50 OFF per person

This week-long Cycling holiday offers fully guided cycles and Stretching / Yoga for Cyclists classes all from our base, Velez de Benaudalla in Southern Spain. There is also great food, fun, dips in the sea and beers! Our base town is nestled on the foothills of the mountains and only a few kilometres from the Costa Tropical. We have mountain and coastal routes.

Best of all the roads are endless, extremely quiet and safe. The area we cycle is off the beaten track and lunch/coffee stops are dirt cheap. You will see Bora and other pro teams training on our routes.

Who is this trip for? LEVEL OF CYCLIST:
To participate in our camp, a good level of cycling fitness is required. Ideally, your weekly long spin is 3-4 hours long, or 70-100km. The area where we are based is mountainous with lots of challenging climbs. Therefore, most days you will be climbing and descending. However, if you’re used to tackling long rides on the weekends you will enjoy the challenge ahead. It is a cycling holiday after all so a little effort is required! For 2024, we will break the groups into the following categories:
  • Advanced (Orwell red) – this group will typically cycle around 5 hours per day with at least one major climb each day at a fairly steady pace. Most days will be around 100 kilometres with over 2,000m of climbing.
  •
  • Intermediate (Orwell Orange) - a slightly easier pace than the advanced but would tackle a similar route each day to the advanced group. Most days will be around 70 to 100 kilometres with around 1,000m to 2,000m of climbing each day.
  •
  • Leisure – (Orwell Yellow) As the name suggests this group will take its time visiting some of the best cafes and places for lunch that the area has to offer and we will of course throw in a few spectacular climbs along the way.
The main aim of the week is to go away in better shape than you arrived, challenged, invigorated and have had lots of fun whilst enjoying the warm sunshine of Southern Europe.
NON-CYCLISTS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO JOIN THE TRIP.
Do you have a friend or loved one who would like to come but isn’t a cyclist? No problem at all. They are welcome to come to the Yoga Classes and hang out with us! While the cycles are during the day, evenings are free time so why not go out and explore the area together, enjoy nice meals and local wine. There is also a free day on the itinerary to spend together. Prices for non-cyclists on request.GETTING HERE
