Shoe Cleaning was created by Paraic Morrissey
Hi people.
Does anybody have a hint as to how to clean your cycling shoes.  Mine are about 18 months old and I use Scholl footspray.  Sadly , they are a bit smelly in spite of this and I think will have to be dumped.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
Paraic .

This lady does custom painting of cycling shoes
jarpz.com/shop/

But she also does a custom repair kit for cleaning scuffs and scratches on the outside.

To "ease" the odour, you could try filling the shoes with bread soda (sodium bicarbonate). Leave them for a few days. Shake the powder out. (gently rinse the remaining powder out with cold water)

I use CIF bath cleaner on a cloth to clean scuffs/marks on the outside of the shoes.

I spray mine with Vanish, tie them in pillow cases and put them in the washing machine with a load of towels.

Muc off nano tech bike cleaner works a treat …
Take out insoles and spray inside and out, work in with a scrubbing brush and leave for a few minutes before rinsing well, leave to dry ….
