Yoga Facial and Gratitude
Join me for a wonderfully relaxing yoga facial massage. Let me guide you to feel your own beauty. It may help you feel relaxed, in the moment, mindful and rejuvenated. Suitable for all faces, stubble too!
Afterwards, when we are relaxed we will spend a little time writing or thinking about certain things that we can be grateful for. We will focus on all the women in our lives, femininity and feminine qualities we enjoy.
Take time out from your day, reset and be in the moment. It's free and may help you to look better on your bike!
