Looking at RGT last night it seemed to prefer connecting via ANT+ even though all sensors and computers I was using supported both Bluetooth and ANT+. On the other hand, it seemed to me that Zwift is the opposite - it prefers to connect via Bluetooth even when ANT+ is available. If that is true in your case then it may be that ANT+ is more reliable.
When you're at Zwift's pairing page, click on the power icon to see which it's using, and try changing it.
