This year’s Annual Randonnee event will take place Saturday 2nd May.

As a committee, we’re busy in the background working and planning what promises to be a great day in the club calendar.

We’ve received a great reaction from members offering their support on the day, so a big Thank you for that. We’re currently at 50% of the numbers required to ensure we run a safe event.
Many People have verbally confirmed their availability to help on the day, as a committee we would appreciate if you could confirm your availability and contact details to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Ideally, we require another motorbike rider, photographers and of course marshals.

For those who can’t help on the day, we also need assistance in the weeks leading up to the event with hanging route directional signs and advance notice signs, early registration on the Friday etc.

On Thursday the 30th April, we will be running a Marshalling course in the Ballinteer Community Centre from 19:30-21:00 we encourage all volunteers to try and make it as it also gives an outline of what to expect on the day and it allows people to ask questions and meet their respective partners and teams for the day.
Anybody concerned about marshalling duties, don’t fret we will always pair someone new to marshalling with an experienced person.

Many Thanks
The Randonnee Committee
