Yoga for cyclists and “normal” yoga! was created by Sinead Kennedy
Hi guys I have been getting asked this question a lots from club members...
Just to clarify the difference!
Yoga for cyclists is a class for predominantly cyclists. We focus on recovery and education so that you can stretch at home effectively and safely.

I also have some stuff on YouTube that a lot of you are using!

The class focuses on undoing bike posture (flexion) and building up the posterior chain.
We also try to take our new found posture onto our bike, enhancing our performance!

My generic yoga class have tonnes of benefits too, however there would be a much broader cross section of the community in these classes. We focus on posture, breathing , mobility of joints and flexibility of muscles .

So I hope that clears that up!
Classes can be booked online!
