Fundraising - FEEL GOOD FAMILY YOGA

In September I am cycling across the country- Clontarf to Salthill in aid of Temple Street children's Hospital and Headways Ireland -as part of the The Equinox Charity Cycle
For my fundraiser - please join me for Outdoor Yoga!

FEEL GOOD FAMILY OUTDOOR YOGA.
Join me this week for 2 outdoor Yoga classes! I’m hoping the weather forecast is right.
Suitable for all ages - young and young at heart.
This class is just about getting outdoors with your nearest and dearest, trying something new and getting your body to move (it can do other things beside cycle!!)

Venue: Rathfarnham Castle Park BEHIND the house

Time: Thursday 26th july @ 7pm and Sunday 29th July @11am

Price: By donation for charity, €5pp minimum please for adults. If you have little ones you can give what you wish!

Please bring a mat, hat and water. If you need cushions or blocks bring too.
