Bike stolen in Baltinglass this morning 22nd April

My brother-in-law requested I share details of his stolen bike within the Orwell community.

HisThompson Maestro road bike 56cm frame was stolen from alleyway beside Bia Blasta in Baltinglass this morning. Would appreciate if anyone comes across the bike to report it to the Garda.

This should also be a reminder to all of us that we need to be careful at coffee stops, petrol stations etc when we leave our bikes unattended. How many times have we all walked into a cafe and left our bikes unlocked. There has also been an incident at a sportive not too long ago when a bike was stolen from the finish area.
