We are now taking names for the next Progressive Bike Technique Programme and encourage you to think about your skill levels in bike handling and cycling. Skills training is aimed at all shades of cyclists.
We are also hoping that any leaders who have missed the first 4 week skills course will apply for this one as we really hope to be able to transfer skills in the best possible way.
The next course is proposed for November / December
Progressive Bike Technique Programme

- Riding in the drop position on the handlebars
- Cornering left and right bends, roundabouts and doing this in a group
