Cycling Trip to Sierra Nevada Spain, March 2018

I am Pleased to announce the dates for my annual cycling and yoga trip to Sierra Nevada, Spain. Join me for an amazing week of cycling, roof top yoga and of course great food and drinks!

Flights are currently €130 return

This year, due to popular demand we have three levels for our cycling groups

*Advanced - this group will typically cycle around 5 hours per day with at least one major climb each day at a fairly steady pace. Most days will be around 100km with over 2,000m of climbing. (Orange plus)

*Intermediate - a slightly easier pace than the advanced but would tackle a similar route each day to the advanced group. Most days will be around 70km to100km with around 1,000m to 2,000m of climbing each day. (Strong yellow/ orange)

*Leisure - as the name suggests this group will take it's time visiting some of the best cafes and places for lunch that the area has to offer and we will of course throw in a few spectacular climbs along the way. (White/ yellow)

Only one hour from Malaga International Airport, we're located in the small traditional Spanish village of Velez de Benaudalla.

Velez is nestled between three mountain ranges- Sierra Nevada to the north, Sierra Lujar to the east and the Sierra Los Guájares to the west. We are also only a short spin of 10 kilometres to the coast of the Costa Tropical to the south.

Great holiday and great training to kick start your year. Cormack is so approachable with advice. The scenery is fab and the small town just focuses you on to the bike. You are into the routes from the front door. For clean living cycling experience that is as serious or relaxed as you want it's a keeper.

*Athletic - Able to cycle 100km + & 2000 meters plus in a spin
*Leisure - Able to cycle 70 - 100km & 1000 meters in a spin

In March 2019 we will have 3 groups
Advanced - Red / Orange
Intermediate Orange / Strong yellow
Leisure - as it says on the tin! Should be able to cycle 80km and 1000 meters

I have teamed up with Cormac Keeney of Cycle Sierra Nevada to bring you another fantastic week of cycling and yoga.
Cormac and his team will guide us on breathtaking and stunning climbs each day.
I have designed a yoga course specifically for cyclists to improve flexibility, stability, endurance and injury prevention.
