Thanx a lot for organising this,deposit paid this morning for Flora,also shipmybike booked too.Just saying,shipmybike half full already,so recommended to book it soon to avoid disappointment.Looking forward already for this.

Garret, do we have an Orwell group booking organised with Shipmybike?
Just the price you were quoted is nothing near what the online payment is saying.
Is it just a matter of ringing them rather then filling out their booking form?

Yeah no problem, I'll give them a shout in the morning.
The online form has too many options to know how to fill it out properly.

If you ring the guy he can take the money over the phone no problem.4 weeks before Marmotte theybwill contact you about drop off.Mostly they collect from wheelworx.I talked to the guy in the morning,payed 237 euros and got the confirmation email 10 seconds after.

Had same issues with paypal Donal. What you need to do is create a customer account with Sportactive 1st and then it redirects you to official paypal page which is straight forward. Otherwise the IBAN and BIC details for Sportactive are on their website/booking form page

Rang David this morning. Booked the bike over the phone.
As Balazs mentioned bike pickup is at Wheelworx on the 28th I think he said.
They'll be located in Aple D'Huez for bike collection when we get over there and drop off post event.
Email will be sent out with details a few weeks before departure.

Flights booked. ( they are getting pricey so if possible don't delay if not booked yet)

Flights booked too,payed just under 200 euros.If anyone wants to bring suitcase,shipmybike do a return 15kg bag for 25 euros,aerlingus charge is 70.
