Stolen Bikes, Aikens Village, Stepaside was created by Louise Keane
A good friend of mine just had 2 bikes stolen from their apartment in Aiken's Village, Stepaside.
Please keep an eye out for a black and white Scott CR1 Pro, men's frame, size 50 or 52 (see pic attached). Also stolen was a Cube Access WLS, women's specific hardtail mountain bike.
Both bikes are now missing their back wheels!!!

This is scary. I live in Aikens. Can I ask was it during the evening or work hours?

Hi Bryan
She thinks it was during the day:(
As they left the 2 back wheels they either had transport or the wheeled two bikes out of Aikens with only 1 wheel on each!!
They also seemed picky, they left her old run around bike which would have been a lot easier to get at.

A lot of them get your location and bike types from strava so they say if your using strava you should hide your loacation. www.strava.com/settings/privacy

Yep, I have my strava set with an exclusion zone.
My friend who had the bikes stolen isn't a strava user so the only way they knew she had good bikes was that they physically saw them!
Be careful with your bikes!
