It will be an ad featuring lots of different scenes basically along the lines of 'the whole country are behind the boys in green in the Euros'. There will be people getting their faces painted and others packing suitcases but the scene we're needed for is a group dressed in Irish jerseys on their way to the ferry ( not actually getting on)
Each cyclist will be paid around €150 for about half a day's filming. Filming will take place either 23rd or 24th March.
There are 15 cyclists needed. Reply below if interested.

Didn't read your post properly.
Lorraine is not a club member.
So that's just myself and George.

The guy I was talking to yesterday said that there hasn't been that much interest from cyclists so ye'd have a great chance of getting on the ad. He said you could get together and send a clip as a group or separately.
I have attached all details below. All videos to be shot horizontally.

Also include that you are a cyclist with Orwell wheelers cc on the email application because the guy I was talking to yesterday said it suits them to get a group of people who are familiar with each other for more natural banter on camera. In other words they'd be happier to take 15 people who know each other.

Thanks to Ann Horan for raising the suggestion of contacting the production company and to Graham who took up the negotiations from there. It was great craic for the day of filming down in Arklow, best bit was the scene where we lead the way and then the whole convoy of tractors, cars, campervans and a double decker bus overtake us full of fans roaring at us. I'll be wearing my kit in Paris on the weekend of the Sweden going 'we're the cyclists from the ad' and generally wrecking everyones' heads (even moreso than usual :)).
