Kit Order - A note on deposits

Just to remind people that deposits for kit can only be accepted in:

- CASH (no coins please, round the amount to nearest €5)
- CHEQUE (made payable to "Orwell Wheelers")

Deposits can be dropped in to Joe Daly Cycles or given to me.

To make sure that your deposit is properly accounted for, please do the following:

1. Place your deposit in an envelope with your name and the amount written clearly on the front
2. Include a copy of your completed order form

Orders will be placed at fixed times during the year. Email me if unsure. Please do NOT just drop a deposit and a form in to the shop without knowing when the next order is being placed...it could be months away!
