Kit Collection Night - Tuesday 23rd February

Great news! The Velorevolution order has arrived (and technically delivered to the “mid-February” estimate!).

I’ve been able to go through every item to make sure that they are all accounted for so there should be no disappointments on the night. Apologies that we weren’t able to get everything ready for tomorrow’s race.

If you have any questions, if I've missed something or if you are wondering what your order/balance is, email me.

The important stuff:

1. CASH or CHEQUE only.
2. You must also pay your balance in FULL, or you can’t collect the kit and there won’t be any exceptions!
3. Kit is only for those who ordered, there is NO spare kit, so please don’t turn up otherwise.
4. Kit can be collected at any time, however to make sure that as many people as possible collect on Tuesday, kit won’t be available for collection during shop hours until 01/03/2016.
5. And the golden rule: please remember to respect the shop's busy time and DO NOT collect kit on a Saturday.

For those that haven't ordered casual clothing, myself and Louise will be on site with a few pieces that people can take a look at. The website will then open later in the week for orders.

Some notes ahead of tomorrow night:

Kit will be laid out alphabetically: A - L on the left of the shop, M - Z on the right.

Your order has already been put together into a single bundle for you. Please make sure that the balance outstanding and the items you ordered are correct. There will be mistakes, so try and raise them before you leave.

Please don't try on your kit in the shop.
Please don't ask about spare kit - there isn't any.

And finally...

Please don't be late! If you can't get to the shop until after 8pm, please come another time to collect your kit.
