Sunday 6th - have kids - need recovery ride?

Next Sunday , the youths are in Corkagh Park from 10-12 . They are welcoming guest coach Aidan Ryan - Sorrento CC and Cyclingsafari - to lead the session alongside regular coach DaveMc.

Between 1977 and 1988 Aidan won 7 National Cycling Championships and represented Ireland on a number of occasions. Subsequently Aidan has become a level 3 cycling coach as well as possessing a Physical Education degree. Over the years Aidan has coached many different types of cyclists, ranging from high level competitors in championships to basic beginners, all across a range of cycling disciplines and including both adults and children.

While the Youths are under Aidans' tutelage there will be a spin for parents who want to bring the children but don't want to miss their own spin It will be c. 40/45k and will be back around 11:45 . So if you have enjoyed the christmas party the night before, could use an extra hour in bed and the idea of a "recovery" ride is appealing please do join us.
