I am in the process of organizing a low cost training Camp in Spain for Early March (max 500euro pp).
The dates we are looking at is Sat 27th Feb – Sat 5th
6 days of back to back training just before the start of the of the racing season, should give the season a great start.
Calpe is used by a lot of the Pro teams and should have good weather that time of year see the links below

I had an absolutely cracking time last March in Sierra Nevada so I'll be doing that. It was Sinead's yoga holiday and it will take place a fortnight after this one!
For a little bit more (pps=560) you get a guide and yoga classes.

I haven't been on a group training camp before. What is the usual type of cycling?
Is it like a sunday group spin every day at whatever pace?
