Damien Long and Fionn Sheridan have agreed to take a group of us mountain biking in Ticknock as a sort of pre Rostrevor practice session on the morning of Sat 14th Nov at 10am.

Please let me know if there is any interest in this as Fionn and Damien are giving up their morning to lead a beginner group.
If there are enough people it will go ahead. If not we will cancel it. Please reply below if you are coming.

I just want to remind everyone that this is happening this Saturday.
Don't forget to sort your mountain bike if you intend joining us. This will be a good session to get your confidence up if you are planning on coming to Rostrevor in January.
We are meeting in Ticknock at 10am. Beginners welcome! Thanks to Damien Long and Fionn Sheridan for leading the session.

Great. We are meeting in the car park where they rent the bikes at 10am.
Please bring a spare tube and pump as well as your usual food and drink. If you are renting a bike the tubes and pump will be provided.
