Hi,
As John B noted below I was due to take his yellow spin this Sunday as payback for my one he took in January, but unfortunately I'm still limping after a spill I took off the bike 2 wks back. Is there any good samaratin who would be willing to cover this yellow spin?
As I won't be back on the bike for a few weeks yet, unfortunately I can't offer a winter spin exchange so will have to owe you and make up for it in beer instead at next social night.
