Race Report (of sorts!) was created by Ed O'Mahony
Following on from a suggestion from an Orwell friend below is a link to a race report. The race report is for a long distance triathlon I did in Germany. Obviously with this being a cycling club forum and knowing how certain cyclists feel about triathletes it is with a massive amount of trepidation that I post it here ;-) If you feel that triathletes are only one step above wife beaters (or is that being too harsh on wife beaters??) then this article probably isn't for you. On the other hand if you're having a slow day at work and have a high pain threshold for boredom and bulls**t feel free to read on...

I enjoyed that way more than i was supposed to. Well done Ed! You simply can't beat the bit of competitiveness between mates!
I would be a little curious as to what was in the "herbal remedy" though.
