Race Report (of sorts!)

Following on from a suggestion from an Orwell friend below is a link to a race report. The race report is for a long distance triathlon I did in Germany. Obviously with this being a cycling club forum and knowing how certain cyclists feel about triathletes it is with a massive amount of trepidation that I post it here ;-) If you feel that triathletes are only one step above wife beaters (or is that being too harsh on wife beaters??) then this article probably isn't for you. I enjoyed that way more than i was supposed to. Well done Ed! You simply can't beat the bit of competitiveness between mates!

I would be a little curious as to what was in the "herbal remedy" though.
