1st Yellow Group 8th March

Well done to the 1st Yellow Group today - we had a really terrific spin. The weather was almost perfect - a little less wind would have been nice - but it didn't stop us. Great teamwork and regular up and overs got us to Maynooth so quickly we almost felt guilty having a coffee break. Following a little detour we had the wind on our back and for a few kilometres we felt and cycled like Reds! Well done to all - the winter training has really paid off and all we need is a little sun and warmer weather and there will be no stopping us!
