I led out the first yellow group today. We had 10 in the group, lost one and gained one in Roundwood. We averaged 23 km/h and got plenty of up and overs going during the spin. I encouraged a few of the group to move up to Orange as they were pushing the pace at the end when people were starting to get tired.
