Inchicore-Lucan family cycle

Jen Sheridan sent on this notice from one of the youth member's parents, sounds like a great day out for those with smaller cyclists (or passengers)!

"This Sunday at 1.15 meeting at the Oblate Church in Inchicore there'll be a Family cycle along the canal to Lucan.

With cooperation from Irish Waterways and an Gardaí we get all the gates open along the 8.5k route. We feed the kids and parents with cakes, coffee, hot chocolate, etc., at Lucan Sarsfields GAA club before cycling back. 2 Gardai on MTB bikes lead us out. We have marshals all along the route, and I would be delighted if anyone in the club would like to join us. There is no charge. If people want to make a donation that's fine, all in aid of the Peter McVerry trust. -Michael"
