If you are staying in the seven oaks you are automatically included.I only need the names of the extra people who are staying in B and Bs/hotels nearby.

Kevin I just changed the name on the room to yours however you need to call them as soon as you can to give them your card details to hold the room as they will not hold it for long without a card - enjoy it! Seven Oaks (059) 9131308 please post here when you have done it thanks

The weekend away is fast approaching so I would ask everybody to go to the club website to read through the final details/arrangements.
There are two options for bag drop off
-Thursday evening at Joe Daly's before 7pm
-Friday evening at Katryn Keogh's house between 8pm and 9pm (No later!)

I've been in touch with the Foundry Nightclub and am hoping to reserve an area for those who fancy a bit of dancing. More details to follow.

I was on to the reception in the seven oaks. Any room can be made into a triple room but it'll still be 60 euro pps.There will be three single beds in these rooms.You will just need to inform the hotel to set up the beds accordingly.
....So if there are any charitable souls in the club who wouldn't mind squeezing an extra person into their room feel free to do so.

There will be a reserved area in The Foundry nightclub for Orwell Wheelers.
I've also managed to haggle a discount with them.It'll be 7 euro instead of the usual 10 euro.You just need to tell them that you're part of the Orwell wheelers group.The discount is only available until a quarter to twelve though!

I've run into a family problem this Sunday morning and wont be able to make Carlow.
I had a single room booked in the hotel so if anyone wants it let me know and I can change the name on it or otherwise I will cancel it with the hotel.
