Joe Daly Cycles and Tansey Chiropractic have come together to offer their services FREE in aid of the Irish Hospice Foundation for the benefit of the members of Orwell Wheelers.

Leaver your bike for a check over with David in Joe Daly's and come up to Tansey Chiropractic Clinic where we will check flexibility, foot position, discuss any injury issues and get a chance to meet Aidan Hammond of BikefittingIreland for advice.

Checks include:
Mechanical once over of your bike from Joe Daly Cycles;
Laser foot scan;
Flexibility assessment;
Upper body strength test;
Lung peak flow test;
Reflex and alignment test.
