Shameless sponsorship plug

I'm going to chance my arm posting this here! :D

I'm off on Wednesday on a 3 day cycle from Killarney back to Dublin - 140/100/100km. Doing it with three random lads I met on the Internet (careful now!) in aid of the NRH, who have been helping a friend get rehabilitated and ready to return to the world after a pretty traumatic incident.

I won't repeat the tale here - it's at the link below, but any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated! I'm not used to cycling without the shelter of the bunch, but assuming I'll manage it okay. My real job is to support the lads, as they'll have been cycling a week at this point.
