I'm up for these when it stops going below freezing at night so less risk of ice early morning in the hills.
My old London club used to do a "7am ride for Dads that have to be home by 11". We had a great turnout from Dads like me trying to keep a fair bike-family life balance.

For me 6am might be pushing it a bit but 7am would be great. Have to agree about the frosty mornings though, had frost all over the decking this morning at 6, the hills would have been even worse I imagine.
