Orange / Red spin from Park today

That was one of the toughest rides I've had in a while -112k at avg 27kph by the time I got home. First time in a long while that I've felt out of my depth in a group. Gives me something to aim for.

Thanks for holding up for me as we were doing the windmillhill section. But if you're doing a split like we did in Rathcool can you make sure you let everybody know what's happening - I ended up on my tod from there to Blackrock.

I have a water bottle which I need to return to its rghtful owner- Donnacha was it you who gave it to me?

You lost the bottle heading out of the park - is that right? Did you have anything to drink between then and when you got the replacement near Rathcoole? (It was me who gave you the bottle, no panic on giving it back)

If you'd nothing at all to drink for the whole spin, I'd say that's a likely reason you found it tough going! Did you have much with you to eat?
