Club AGM 15th October 2012

The 2012 club AGM will be held on Monday the 15th of October, from 7:00pm, in Milltown.

The main topic for discussion will be the new club kit design for the 2014 season. A shortlist of 3 jersey designs have been picked out, and the final vote on what design we will end up using for the next decade or so will be made at this AGM. Every paid up member has a vote, if you have an opinion on the matter either way make sure to be there or forever hold your silence. The proposed jersey designs will be up on the website sometime shortly, so you'll have plenty of time to make your mind up in advance.

We will also be looking for new committee members, so if you want to get more involved with the running of the club this is your chance.
The positions we will be looking to fill include:
Event secretary;
Membership secretary;
Track Rep;
Treasurer;
and probably a few more we don't know of yet.

If there is a motion you would like to have discussed at the AGM you should mail it to me by the 12th of October; if it is not on the agenda in advance we won't be able to discuss it. The final agenda will be posted here on the 13th to give everyone time to see what's in it.
