Subscribing to a topic was created by Administrator
I've just turned on the ability to subscribe to a topic. There is now a Subscribe button and also a checkbox below the message creation pane that asks if you want to be notified of responses to a particular topic. Once subscribed, you will be sent an email notification when someone replies.
