Cycling Ireland automated e-mails/payment requests was created by Dave Mc
As most of you will have noticed by now Cycling Ireland send out automated e-mails informing you of progress as your licence application is processed.
Some people have been confused and/or concerned by these, especially step 3, which prompts you to log in and pay. These e-mails are sent out automatically regardless of whether an application is done online or in the CI office, and the most appropriate response is to ignore them- don't log-in, don't try to pay again, don't e-mail me or phone Heather about it, just ignore.
If when you log in you see your licence listed as unpaid don't worry about it, if you've given me the money then I've passed it on to Cycling Ireland, your licence is as good as sorted but it's just taking a while because they're so busy in the office.
