Wanted: child's race bike, suit 7-8 yr old

Hey all - on the off-chance someone might be looking to unload, I'm looking for a race bike (drops, skinny tyres) for a 7-8 year old (a tall 7).

Sounds like a 11"-12" frame, Frog equivalent 58-62 maybe, with say 20"/24" wheels or thereabouts?
