As the title says, I have several boxes of cycling magazines and papers dating from 1961 to 2009, free to anyone who wants to take some, any or all of them away.
Titles include Cycling weekly, Cycling plus, Cycle sport, Irish cycling review, l'Equipe, Bicycling and many other Irish, British, American, Australian, French and Belgian papers and mags.

Hi Dave,
I'd like to take them - I can assure you they are going to a good home.

Done. They are in the workshop in Joe Dalys, you can collect anytime that suits you.

If anyone has any more old mags like this I'm under instructions from @IrishPeloton to make a bid for them. I was too slow off the mark for these ones, so I need to make amends.

That sounds like a right bounty Dave - fair play for offering.
I found a cycling mag at home over the xmas from 1985 - Roche in Redoute colours was the cover photo and the feature article was a 7/8 page report on the Paris-Nice where Kelly and Roche went head to head - spent a few qualtiy hours reminiscing with it.
It seems mad that this was the way of keeping in contact with a sport - i.e. read a race report a month later vs real time newsfeeds nowadays - the odd thing is I was 4 years old in 1985!
Enjoy the haul John.
BarryR - I will be holding onto the mag for nostalgia reasons.
