Pinergy - Orwell Wheelers's Patrick O'Sullivan continued his stellar season on Sunday, finishing as first Junior in round 3 of the National Series, the Brian O'Loughlin Memorial in Cong. O'Sullivan's results vaults him to the top of the Junior rankings in the National series, where he'll wear the coveted leaders jersey.

The performance topped off a fine weekend for Orwell in Mayo, with Joe-Nathan Matar coming third in the main event, his best National Series result so far this year and likely to move him further up the overall standings.

The A3 race also saw Orwell in the thick of the action, with Adam McConnell once again in the mix and netting sixth overall. Promising Junior Ilie Gabuja was in the prizes again, for the second weekend in a row, taking the first unplaced Junior prize.

The team was ably supported by Luke Potter, driving the Orwell car and warming up for a week on the Rás, where he'll be driving the Orwell car supporting the Spanish Brocar - Rali - Alé team that features Cahir O'Higgins and Orwell old boy Eoin Kelly.
