The club's big open road race promotion of the season, the Noel and Kieran Hammond races, take place on Sunday week in Roundwoood and the call has one out for a full complement of marshals and support crew to ensure the smooth running of the event.

There has been a small change in the times.
Sign on will be at Roundwood GAA club from 9am.
Youth Races start at 10am. (Not 10.30 as per calendar)
Senior races kick off at 11.30am.
Under 16s and Under 14s do one lap of the Callowhill circuit.
Under 12s will race from Roundwood to the Finish line at the back of the
resevoir.
The A1/A2 Noel Hammond memorial race covers 5 laps of the Callowhill
circuit. 1st 10 prizes and the 1st 8 unplaced A2's. 100km
The A3 Kieran Hammond memorial race covers 3 laps. Prizes for 1st 8. The
Trek Womens Classic League race will be part of this race. 1st 3 ladies. There will also be prizes for the 1st 3 unplaced Vets, 1st 3 unplaced Juniors. 60km
The A4 Race covers 2 laps of circuit. 1st 6. 40km
This year is the 10th aniversary of Kieran's death and it
would have been his 50th Birthday on the day of the race.
2012 is also the 30th anniversary of Noel's death in 1982.
