Tomorrow's Sprocket Rocket session in Rathmines has fallen victim to the weather but tomorrow evening's extended session for grown ups in Larry Murphy's is all systems go.
The annual Club Prizegiving in Larry Murphy's pub on Baggott Street is still very much on. Take extra time and care getting there and don't be in any rush to get home. With the season's athletic achievements now but a hazy memory it's a great opportunity to refresh minds and loosen tongues. Tewll everyone how great they are and lioe about how much time you've spent on the turbo this week.
And of course the winner of hotly contested Cowperson of the Year award will be revealed following a lobbying of the selection committee that would put the Russian and Qatar World Cup delegations in the ha'penny place.
