Forms must be downloaded and filled out correctly to be counted during the AGM.
If you can’t attend the AGM you can fill out the form and give it to a member who is attending but please note this is not an email or online vote and electronic submissions will not count.
The meeting starts at the Milltown Institute at 7.30pm.
