The day before the AGM a selection of designs will be displayed on the club website. A voting form can be downloaded at that time and the vote to select the new design will take place at the AGM. Only forms correctly filled out and submitted at the AGM will be considered although members who cannot attend the meeting can give their signed form to another member who can submit it on their behalf.
The members will also be presented on the night with a selection of no more than three new logo designs to adorn the new kit. The new logo will be selected by a show of hands vote.
The AGM is always an important meeting but this year it will be especially so with the votes on kit design and logo. The committee encourages all members to make their best effort to attend.
