I'll be doing a yellow paced long hilly spin from The Yellow House in Rathfarnham on Saturday morning at 8:30. Any faster types are very welcome as long as you're happy with a recovery spin pace.
Yellow House, Manor Kilbride, Wicklow Gap, Larragh (coffee & cake), Sally Gap and home.
About 104km and 1500m of climbing.

These spins average between about 23 and 25 kph - depending on who shows up. If 25 kph looks too high for you then don't worry - we go at the speed of the slowest, If there's a large enough group and people want to then we may split part way based on preferred speed.

I can't make it this Sat but would be interested in joining in on yellow Sat spins from the following weekend onwards. Like the early start time and hilly routes. I'll keep an eye on the thread.
Thanks, Sarah

I was doing one of these every saturday over the Summer until a couple of weeks ago but this is probably the last one I'll be organising - I'll be heading to the organised winter spins on Sundays instead from the weekend after.
There was a Saturday group - the It's Not a Race group - all through last winter I think and I'd say they'll be back. So keep an eye on here. I think it was 9am starts.

Greg a lot of heavy hitters have now signed up I think your forecast pace may need reviewing with these pro's along!! Think I may have to leave yellow house at 7.30 to get a head start!!
Don't worry Colm, I'll be going yellow pace anyway ;) We'll have the numbers to do two different paced groups if people like though.
Based on past spins even the Pros like the occasional relaxing recovery spin!
