An RTE Radio 1 documentary is advertised for broadcast on Saturday 15th July at 1pm. The title of the documentary is 'The Orwell Wheeler' and documents the victories of Stephen Roche in 1987 (www.rte.ie/radio1/doconone/2017/0706/888312-the-orwell-wheeler/). So if you're back in time from the Saturday spin you might like to tune in!

I found a VHS tape last year with a show called "Stephen's day", it was recorded after Roche's open top bus ride in Dublin and Noel O'Neill was part of the audience. I will try to copy it digitally and post it.

That would be great, Noel O'Neill, Kieran Hammond, Mary Hammond, Doreen O'Neill and Liam Keenan where all there too from the Orwell.
